Sandy Long is our Executive Pastor. Prior to this role, she served in numerous ministry and nonprofit leadership positions. Most recently, she worked for six years as Good Shepherd’s Director of Discipleship, building our small group program, helping us deepen our prayer lives and welcoming many new members to GS.

Her role as executive pastor marries her passion for team building and effective systems with her heart for Jesus and her call to encourage His people to press into knowing Him more. 

Sandy is married to Chris and they share two grown daughters, two sons-in-law, and three adorable grandchildren. She likes to cook, garden and always has at least three books going at the same time.
