Elizabeth Shults is our Executive Director, overseeing ministry operations that include financial, human resources, facility and technology management.  She joined the Good Shepherd team in 2014, called to build professional ministry using her extensive background in private and public sector business operations.

Elizabeth has a master of business administration degree from U.C. Davis and undergraduate degrees from Smith College in Economics and Italian Literature.  She and her high school sweetheart, Bob, have been married for more than 25 years and have a son in college and a daughter in grade school.  Elizabeth enjoys traveling with family and friends, especially to a warm beach with a good book in hand.
